What areas do you deliver to?
We proudly serve the North Fulton and Metro Atlanta areas. For locations within 20 miles of our processing center, we offer a flat-rate delivery fee of $25. Deliveries within 21-30 have a flat-rate delivery fee of $35. For any deliveries more than 30 miles away from our processing center, delivery fees will be based on distance. If your delivery address falls outside of our standard delivery radius, please contact us at contact@jardinofjade.com for a delivery quote and custom order.


When will my delivery arrive?
Please visit our Delivery page for specifics regarding our delivery policy.

  • We deliver at any time between 7:00am and 8:00pm, Monday through Saturday. We do not guarantee specific delivery times, but we will do our best to accommodate requests for morning or afternoon delivery windows.
  • Contact us directly if you need an item delivered on Sunday.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
We currently do not offer same-day delivery to ensure every arrangement is handcrafted to order with the freshest florals. There is a 2-day order processing time on all orders. However, for urgent requests, please contact us at contact@jardinofjade.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


Can I customize my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life. Whether it’s for a birthday, anniversary, or “just because,” share your preferences — favorite flowers, colors, or special touches — and we’ll design something one-of-a-kind.
For items in our catalog, you can enter customization notes after you've added your desired item to your Shopping Cart in the "Special Instructions & Delivery Notes" section. For all other customized arrangements, contact us directly. You will be able to share inspiration photos and we will gladly provide you a quote for your special design.


Do you do weddings and other special events?
Yes! We specialize in weddings, corporate events, baby showers, and other special occasions. We also offer full-service floral design and event planning. We’d love to hear about your vision! What is your cancellation, returns or refund policy?
Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for specific details regarding cancellations, returns and refunds.

  • Cancellations: Orders canceled at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery date are eligible for refunds. 
  • Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on fresh flowers, custom arrangements, or plants once they have been processed, delivered and/or accepted.
  • Refunds: For order issues, please contact us at contact@jardinofjade.com within 12 hours of delivery. Your issue will be assessed and if a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Event cancellations, returns and refunds are bound by a different policy. Please contact us or refer to your Events Contract for specific details.


How do I care for my flowers to make them last?

  • In a nutshell, fresh florals love cool, clean water and a trim! Change the water daily, re-cut the stems at an angle, and keep your arrangement away from direct sunlight or heat. We include detailed care tips with every order to help your blooms last longer.

Do you offer floral subscriptions?
Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly floral subscriptions for homes and businesses. Enjoy fresh, seasonal flowers delivered on a schedule that works for you. Contact us to get started or learn more.


Do you offer floral arrangement workshops?
Absolutely! At this time, we are hosting private, hands-on workshops. These workshops are perfect for friend groups, couples' date nights, team building, or just trying something new. Visit our Floral Workshops page for more information or to book a workshop.


Do you offer collaborations/partnerships?
Yes! We are always looking for local influencers to help grow and support our brand.
