Returns & Refunds
We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, all sales are final. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via email at contact@jardinofjade.com within 12 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Order Issues & Replacements
If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, please email us at contact@jardinofjade.com with your order number and clear photos of the arrangement within 12 hours of delivery. We will evaluate your issue and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on fresh flowers, custom arrangements, or plants once they have been delivered and accepted.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if we receive your cancellation request at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Next-day and same-day orders cannot be cancelled, as inventory ordering and processing begins at the time the order is received/confirmed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
